Our Franchise is Sold at Cost
Our growth policy for over 30 years has been to select people who are passionate about working with children, as opposed to 'buying' the Franchise for something extra to do. The core value of our business is teaching children in foundation phase, and so with this in mind we need to select a special person who represents not only the Playball brand, but the teaching fraternity as well.
Our business model is simple; find people who represent our ethos and the values of our company. By selling our franchises at cost, there is no incentive for us to simply 'make the sale', our business is only successful if you as a franchise owner are successful.
Unique Royalty Payment
We do not receive a Royalty Fee from new franchisees for the first six months of their operation. During this 'building' phase the focus is on trying to build your business FREE of ROYALTY FEE payments. It is only in the seventh month that you are required to pay the full royalty fee. This gives you a chance to start up your business.
Royalty Fee, Not Performance Linked
In most franchises, the franchisor receives more money as the franchisee's business grows. At Playball, we do not! The Playball royalty fee is fixed, with a 5% increase per annum. Meaning the more your business grows, the more money YOU make.
